i mean, i think if you -- this week there was an aural in "the new york times" around fraud. fraud and some of the activities going on in that area. so fraud is a component of that. but for us as an organization, the largest waste is the lack of integrated care. and we what that means is duplication of services and where people are in the wrong aspect of that. you're shaking your head so must mott be answering your question.
